- The extremely belated decision of the Government of Kenya to deprive of their land rights all Mau Mau terrorists who fail to surrender by July 10 is an admission that all authorities at long last recognize the justice of a policy which has been strongly advocated especially by Colonel Edward Grogan, for two years or more. The pity is that this pressure was not exercised long agony, when it would have been more effective.
