To encourage and stimulate trade, cooperation and consultation throughout the commonwealth ,the federation of commonwealth chambers of commerce and the royal commonwealth society are to act together in raising finance, primarily for the establishment of commonwealth centers in those under-developed countries for such a purpose. The federation of commonwealth chambers and the Royal African Society will retain their separate identities each with its own council, but of the annual subscription of 100 euros to the federation paid by business houses in the United Kingdom ,30 euros will be transferred to the Royal Commonwealth Society.
