• Rais Moi asema kwamba matatizo mengi yanayokabili nchi za Afrika yanasababishwa na mataifa makubwa ya ulimwengu, kwa hivyo akazishauri zinapotatua matatizo hayo zisikubali kuongozwa na mawazo ya kigeni.
• Alitahadharisha kwamba nchi hizo hazipaswi kugawanywa katika makundi mawili na badala yake akahimiza zitayarishe maongozi mahsusi ya kuangamiza njaa, na kuimarisha kilimo kwa kutumia kwa ukamilifu utajiri wa asili, na wakati huo ziimarishe ufundi wao.

• President Moi says that many problems facing African countries are caused by the great nations of the world, so he advised them when they solve those problems not to accept to be guided by foreign ideas.
• He warned that the countries should not be divided into two groups and instead urged them to prepare special measures to eradicate hunger and strengthen Agriculture by making full use of natural wealth, and at the same time strengthen their craft.
