President Moi yesterday directed the Kenya Polytechnic and other institutes of technology to start awarding degrees in technology subjects.Secondly, President Jerry Rawlings of Ghana lauded President Moi’s efforts to preserve the country’s ecology and said that Africa had suffered a lot of ecological damage. Secondly ,PLO Leader Yasser Arafat intends to ask for UN sanctions against Israel, Palestinian sources said shortly before the start of a special Security Council Session on the Middle East here today.
