Himizo hilo lilitolewa na Bw. John Khaminwa ambaye aliwatetea wanachama wa chama kimoja cha ushirika na kampuni moja ya wakulima katika sehemu ya Kahawa kuhusu uamuzi wa Baraza la Mji wa Nairobi wa kuendelea kumiliki baadhi ya ardhi ya mashirika hayo mawili.
English Translation
- A court in Nairobi was urged to issue an order prohibiting the Nairobi City Council from interfering with the advice of a company of farmers in the Kahawa area until it pays a certain amount of money for the company’s land. The encouragement was given by Mr. John Khaminwa who defended the members of one cooperative and one farmer company in the section of Kahawa regarding the decision of the Nairobi City Council of continuing to own some of the land of the two organizations.
