• Mfalme Hassan wa Pili wa Morocco alisema kwamba nchi yake imekubali kupigwe kura ya kutafuta maoni ya wananchi wa Sahara Magharibi kuhusiana na mzozo wa nchi hiyo kama ilivyopendekezwa na kamati maalum ya viongozi wa Shirika la Umoja wa Nchi Huru za Afrika (OAU).

• King Hassan II of Morocco said that his country has agreed to a vote to seek the opinion of the people of Western Sahara in relation to the conflict of that country as recommended by a special committee of leaders of the Organization of the African Union (OAU).
