English Translation
- President Daniel Arap Moi has asked the farmers in this country to learn the methods and political skills of agriculture to cope with climate change or drought at all times. Saying that there is a need to change according to the environment, President Moi encouraged farmers to make full use of their agricultural expertise and knowledge because the atmosphere and weather are always changing.
