- The conflicts between religion and politics in Uganda is explained that the appointment of office by the religion of the proposing holder was due to religious difference in the past, and goes on to make an evaluation of certain changes and statements of relative note, in Buganda amd makes the suggestion that Catholics are opposed to a change whereby office would be obtained by merit and not by reference to adherence to any particular Faith.
