In an attempt to bring the scattered members of the black race close to one another, a team of cultural enthusiasts in the United States Of America gathered with an aim of finding a solution to this disparity in the late 70’s.
Their meeting decided to form a cultural organisation whose task would bring them close to their fellow blacks in other parts of the world.
And that noble idea gave rise to the formation of what is today called American-African Cultural Exchange AACE.
