- In the next parliament, the president will nominate MPs . This MPs are supposed not to duplicate the qualities of elected MPs but to bring something fresh into the national assembly and have something to or to the nation but who because of their lack f familiarity with politics or their belonging to minority communities could not hope to be elected.
