- Government has seen fit to issue a document to civil servants here,to cover the event that they may find themselves wanted when the colony gets its freedom.A Settlers government would very soon take the Colony a few jumps forward such that more rather than less of all races would find themselves badly needed to keep up with the progress we would make.
